Profile
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and assist passengers with trip reservations, cancellations, and inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm ADA-compliant transportation services using scheduling software.
- Coordinate with dispatchers and drivers to ensure timely and accurate trip execution.
- Maintain detailed records of passenger interactions and trip data.
- Provide backup support to dispatch and customer service teams as needed.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, especially those with special needs, ensuring a respectful
- and supportive experience.
- Monitor trip capacity and optimize route efficiency.
- Handle service disruptions or changes with professionalism and prompt communication.
- Ensure compliance with ADA guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, or transportation preferred.
- Familiarity with ADA regulations and paratransit operations is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications.
- Work Environment:
- Office-based with frequent phone and computer use.
- May require occasional support during off-hours or emergencies
