Are you ready to fast-track your career and explore an exciting adventure with the RATP Dev Transit Leader Development Program?
Seize this opportunity and join us for our 24-month Graduate Program starting September 2026!
You will embark on an international journey of 3 rotations:
· 12 first months in your home country (US),
· 6 months at our global headquarters in Paris,
· 6 months in an international network.
Highly skilled teams will mentor you, providing top-tier training in Operations or Maintenance throughout the program.

Your profile
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree completed (Engineering or Business).
- A minimum of one year of professional experience after your degree would be preferred.
- Preferred-Bilingual English/French or Italian
- A strong interest in our booming transit industry!
- Beyond technical skills, we seek candidates with a mindset and personality that are motivated, curious, open, eager to learn, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and challenge themselves, driven to make an impact, and who demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
