Position Summary

As a Go-Durham Bus Operator with RATP Dev USA, you will play a key role in safely transporting passengers throughout Durham while delivering excellent customer service. This position offers fully paid CDL/Bus Operator training, competitive pay, benefits, and career growth opportunities. 

 Responsibilities

• Safely operate transit buses along assigned routes.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Provide courteous and professional service to all passengers.
• Assist passengers with mobility devices (wheelchairs/scooters).
• Collect and record fares accurately.
• Announce stops in compliance with ADA requirements.
• Operate radio communication equipment per company policies.
• promote safety and follow all RATP Dev USA and GoDurham procedures.

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Valid CDL with Passenger (P) Endorsement required
• At least 5 years of safe driving experience preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
