RATP Dev USA is a leading provider of transportation services, committed to delivering safe, reliable, and efficient transit solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Dispatcher to join our team at VCTC.

Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the daily operations of transit services.
  • Schedule and dispatch drivers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Monitor vehicle locations and communicate with drivers to provide support and instructions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and service requests professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of operations and incidents.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Willingness to obtain a CDL B (Commercial Driver's License). RATP Dev USA will cover the cost of training.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with dispatch software is a plus.
