Job Description: RATP Dev USA is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as part-time Customer Service Representatives at WSTA in Winston-Salem. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
