This HR Specialist will also be responsible for HR Generalist Support. We are looking for an individual that wants to continue growing their career in the HR Sector with an emphasis on Talent Acquisitions.

RATP Dev USA is seeking a non-exempt Recruiter/ HR Specialist to source candidates through various channels, planning interviews and selection procedures. This individual will also could learn many facets of Human Resources.
Profile
Essential Functions / Process Responsibilities include the following: other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Grass roots, planning community events, Job fair, outreach programs
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
- Reviews employment applications and background check reports
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
- Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
Preferred Education and Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques methods. Grassroots and community involvement are a must.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Desire to work on a strong Human Resources team and provide support, however possible.
