Perfil

Position Summary

RATP Dev USA is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Operations Supervisor to support the Arlington Trolley service in Arlington, TX. This role is responsible for overseeing daily transit operations, ensuring safe and reliable trolley service, and providing leadership to operators in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily trolley operations to ensure safe, reliable, and on-time service

  • Monitor route performance, headways, and service delivery standards

  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to trolley operators

  • Respond to service disruptions, delays, and incidents in real time

  • Conduct field observations, ride checks, and safety audits

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations

  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and customer complaints; complete detailed reports

  • Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and safety teams to maintain service continuity

  • Assist with operator training, onboarding, and performance evaluations

  • Maintain accurate operational logs, reports, and documentation

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory experience in transit, transportation, or logistics

  • Experience in fixed-route or trolley operations preferred

  • Valid CDL Class B or A  with P Endorsement required 

  • Strong knowledge of transit operations and safety compliance

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
