Our Utility Workers play a critical role in protecting our employees, our community, and our brand by ensuring our vehicles are compliant, well-maintained, and always presentable.
Perfil
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Utility Worker with a valid CDL to support our onsite fleet operations. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of our vehicles and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, sanitize, and wash the interior and exterior of fleet vehicles in accordance with OSHA and CDC standards
- Detail an agreed-upon number of vehicles per month
- Inspect vehicles and document any damage; report findings to management
- Check, maintain, and document system fluid levels (oil, DEF, coolant, washer fluid, etc.)
- Ensure all vehicle emergency equipment (fire extinguisher, body-fluid kit, first aid kit) is fully stocked and functional
- Accurately report end-of-day (EOD) mileage for all vehicles
- Maintain clear, detailed records of all services performed
- Safely move vehicles between job sites and work areas using CDL credentials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
- Assist team members as needed
- Close and secure the office and shop at the end of each day
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Air Brake and Passenger endorsements – Required
- No criminal convictions or DWI/DUI, assault, or controlled substance possession within the past five (5) years
- Ability to successfully pass:
- Pre-employment performance evaluation
- DOT physical
- Drug and alcohol screening
- Background investigation and pre-employment assessments
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience related to vehicle servicing, fleet maintenance, or equivalent experience
- General knowledge of fuels, lubricants, vehicle safety procedures, and cleaning materials
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and crawl as required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Pay Rate: $19.85 per hour

Work Schedule: Overnight shift from 6:30 pm to 3:00 am.
