Position Summary
As a Go-Durham Bus Operator with RATP Dev USA, you will play a key role in safely transporting passengers throughout Durham while delivering excellent customer service. This position offers fully paid CDL/Bus Operator training, competitive pay, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate transit buses along assigned routes.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Provide courteous and professional service to all passengers.
- Assist passengers with mobility devices (wheelchairs/scooters).
- Collect and record fares accurately.
- Announce stops in compliance with ADA requirements.
- Operate radio communication equipment per company policies.
- promote safety and follow all RATP Dev USA and GoDurham procedures.
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Valid CDL with Passenger (P) Endorsement preferred
- At least 5 years of safe driving experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service
- Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
