We seek a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications to elevate our brand, build national visibility, and support our business growth through impactful storytelling and thoughtful engagement.

Your Mission: Lead, Influence, Elevate

As the Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications, you will lead our public relations, brand strategy, and marketing efforts with a strong focus on digital presence and executive thought leadership. You’ll craft compelling narratives that showcase our impact, from launching new transit systems to supporting business development and engaging communities.

You’ll partner cross-functionally with operations, business development, and global marketing teams. You will also be a key player in positioning RATP Dev USA as a forward-thinking industry leader in mobility and innovation.

You’re a confident communicator who knows how to navigate media landscapes, shape a public narrative, and craft content that resonates. You’re as comfortable writing a whitepaper or speech as you are building a multi-channel campaign. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for public service, transportation, and purpose-driven work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic public relations and media engagement—including executive communications, crisis response, and reputation management.
  • Drive thought leadership content (whitepapers, case studies, articles) that reflects RATP Dev USA’s industry insight and innovation.
  • Grow and manage the company’s digital presence, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn and positioning executive voices.
  • Execute integrated communication campaigns that align with business goals and field operations.
  • Collaborate on client-facing marketing materials, including RFPs, proposals, and presentations.
  • Support service launches and rebranding efforts with field-level marketing and community engagement.
  • Plan and coordinate event presence at major industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Maintain and evolve marketing collateral, internal communications, newsletters, and campaigns.

 What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field (master’s preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing and communications (transportation or professional services background a plus).
  • Proven success in content development, public relations, and brand strategy.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with attention to tone and consistency.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and travel up to 30%.
